Cameras and DVR Working perfectly but now sadly the app will not connect. No updates in over a year and no warning. Disappointing when the system was so expensive.

It used to work reasonably well, if a little slow to connect, but since reloading the app on my ipad it now does not work at all. No way of accessing the setup menu.

Really slow, poor resolution as standard, need to change it to hd everytime you load app. Wont use this kit again

This app is far too slow making it frustrating when you need to load it. The functionality of the app is poor and doesn’t automatically default to the best resolution meaning you have to change it every time you load the app. There are far better apps out there

Had this app for a while, a bit clunky but does the basics. Then did an app update and no longer shows any feeds? Sort it out please

Everything fine with app other than I had to be connected to WiFi to see which kinda ruins the whole point of the app, IM ON THREE

Cameras clear on main stream setting. Would be good to be able to keep it on this setting as a default instead of having to keep clicking it. Also cannot view cameras on mobile network!!!!!! Only on WiFi!! Please fix this as it has really upset me . If it was working then 5 stars. WORKS ON 02 BUT NOT EE!

It takes ages to connect up with all the details. It connects faster on a non apple product.

Some time connect while I'm on 3/4g network but most of the time it says fail to connect. Can somebody look into this app and see what's gone wrong.

Can't get it to work with 4/3G or with any other wifi apart from my home wifi
