Wrong estimated price, inability to select a point on the map, lack of normal geocoding do not expose drivers

I ordered and taxi and selected in-app pay by card. When our ride was finished, the driver started to demand pay by cash, because he didn’t get the money. But the payment has already been made in our bank. The taxi driver got out of the car and began insist payment in cash. I had to do it, so i paid for this trip twice. Also my session in the application ended unexpectedly and for a long time I could not go there again - «User not found».

Can’t find objects by name which exists on the map

I’ve used it in Porec. Actual price was higher then shown as approximate price in app, but still lower then off-line taxis. And i could not get sms for confirming my registration in app to my Russian number. But the next day it just start working without sms confirmation.

I was double charged for a ride (the taxi driver didn’t quite grasp the in-app payment flow and insisted I pay via his POS - as I was on my way to the airport I didn’t have time to waste), so I contacted Wizi’s support to get one of the two payments reversed. After 2 weeks and several contacts I got absolutely no acknowledgment, so I had to begin a chargeback procedure through my bank. Avoid like the plague or only pay the drivers in cash in those cities, such as Skopje, where there aren’t great alternatives.

Mi sono fidato a mettere la carta e mi hanno addebitato 16 euro. Nonostante la segnalazione nessuno si è fatto vivo. Una app del genere non dovrebbe esserci sullo store. Apple dovrebbe essere più attenta.

A seconda della zona può esserci molta attesa (a volte per niente), prezzi molto contenuti.

Instalirala sam 4 puta aplikaciju i ne želi mi se poslati SMS kod na broj telefona, 10 puta sam provjerila sve i dobro je. Molila bih Vas da popravite problem

Kao što se i ostali žale, kod ne dolazi SMS-om, ne može se aktivirati app. Ne namjeravam slati nikome mail tako ne treba nitko upučivati na to. App ide na brisanje… Usput, sigurno je neko kršenje GDPR-a što trebaš unjeti email, a ne možeš pročitati terms and conditions. Svima koji su imali bilo kakve veze sa puštanjem ove app u javnost treba dati otkaz…
