Awful service
I ordered and taxi and selected in-app pay by card. When our ride was finished, the driver started to demand pay by cash, because he didn’t get the money. But the payment has already been made in our bank. The taxi driver got out of the car and began insist payment in cash. I had to do it, so i paid for this trip twice. Also my session in the application ended unexpectedly and for a long time I could not go there again - «User not found».

Can’t find objects by name which exists on the map
Some bug with sms confirmation for registration by international phones
I’ve used it in Porec. Actual price was higher then shown as approximate price in app, but still lower then off-line taxis. And i could not get sms for confirming my registration in app to my Russian number. But the next day it just start working without sms confirmation.
Don’t take this taxi
I never leave bad reviews. But this has crossed every known line in mankind. The people answering the calls are rude, the drivers are rude and overall bad experience.
Just a scam
Lying about how long you have to wait for the taxi. Doesn't arrive at all to your location. Don't use.

The taxi driver charged me 2€ more than app indicated and he started with some political propaganda during the ride. The second time application did not even find a driver after 10minutes waiting. Generally bad service and bad app

Unreliable
The taxi service is completely unreliable. We’ve waited for an hour in the cold only to be told that there were no available taxis. One hour at -10•C… would not reccomend
