Customer Support Satisfaction
Well everything is just right but if something is messed up in your order they ma refund full amount of your order. I do understand when you have allergy or something else but when personnel just forgot small thing this's awkward. They just refund full amount and don't give any thing to in every next ticket that you did notice some small thing wrong and ask for refund only for this one for half a dollar and then refund for full amount. Of course I'm a kind of person that doesn't like people to be fired just cauze one delivery company thought that this practice would be great. And yes I did write to support that no change to action was made even no other thing was even prepared. All tickets was straight up closed. Thx. Still will keep use this service anyway

Постоянно привозят гнилые продукты, неправильно закупают в магазинах, и вместо того, что привезти полный заказ, возвращают деньги за отсутствующие позиции. Отвратительно.

The Mysterious Disappearance of Tomatoes in Wolt market Batumi
I am a long time user of Wolt app and order very often from the restaurants and shops of Batumi. Yesterday I decided to try delivery from the Wolt market Batumi for the first time. Everything seemed to be all right till the moment that I looked into my bags. A can of tomatoes was missing in my order, one package of dill and one package of onions were redundant, and the market and the support didn't even want to spend a little effort and look into what happened. Giorgi from the support wrote to me: „Wolt market said that they sent those items, courier said that he gave you everything. Wolt market does not take responsibility and in that case, we cant refund.“ Do you really think I will have a desire to place any orders in your market in the future? Hope it is clear that all this fuss is not about 2 dollars for the can of tomatoes, but about terrible mess in the system. Wolt market does not want to bear any responsibility then this responsibility will be born by the developers of the application. P.s. The order number is 762, its ID 672cfe382ecfaf7a14a4d667

Цена на позиции выше чем в схожих приложениях доставки Помимо этого в заказ включается дополнительно цена за сервис Помимо! Цена за доставку. Немного о сервисе: если вам что-то не положат, то вам просто вернут деньги на бонусный счет. Если в магазине не будет хватать чего-то для полного заказа, то саппорт вам никак не поможет отменить данный заказ, притом вам доставят заказ и спишут деньги за доставку и сервис даже если в магазине не будет 70% позиции из списка! Сервис списывается в % от суммы заказа( не очень конечно понятно что конкретно подразумевается под сервисов). Если курьер не найдет ваш подъезд - то саппорт вам никак не поможет, вам придется решать данный вопрос самому
