Same as title, works great when the machine actually connects

At first, the device worked quite well, and I had no problems with it. For the past several months, it stopped properly staying connected to the Internet, so I can no longer check on the status of the device or reprogram the scheduling. I've tried to get help, but it seems like the company is no longer responding to Support queries. The app doesn't seem to get any updates and the device doesn't seem to be updatable so kind of a waste of money I guess.

A few years ago I bought eh first generation version of this product and I was never able to get it to work or set up the company graciously accepted my return no harm now foul. But I really missed having an auto pet feeder I was a pet net user for like 5 years until they went out of business and bricked my machine. when i discovered the nEw generation of wopet had come out I got so excited the nEw feeder took 5 minutes to setup on work and it worked the very first time I tried to do it. That’s a testimony to this companies hard work. Apple doesn’t make it wash to set up smart devices and many products from larger companies are much more cumbersome to set up than this one. It was a breeze! The app won’t blow you away with cosmetics or flashy graphics but it is very well laid out and thoughtfully designed. There are some weird phrasing’s like to remove a pet profile it says “remove binding” not sure what that means. But this app is so easy to use it’s very comforting to just have something work. Video quality is great the speaker is very clear and crisp so it play my audio recordings cuarto during feeding times and I love watching the video clips. I have tried several pet feeders and this one is by far the most reliable. I have contacted customer service about minor issues and they were responsive to my problem and fixed the issue quickly.

I had to leave a review after seeing all the negative reviews. This app worked perfectly on my iPhone X,11,12,13 and now on my 14. I set a schedule to feed my cat small portions 5 different times per day and then use the app to go in and manually feed her if necessary. I really feel the people having issues are just “technology challenged” this couldn’t be easier. Buy a feeder for your pet set a schedule and then just use app to go in and manually give the pet extra food if necessary. Camera and microphone work great from anywhere in the world. If your WiFi goes down it still will feed according to schedule.

I’ve had this over a year and lately I’ve been having issues with my cat not being fed. It also won’t recognize manual feed. And now it crashes every time I try to reconnect it. The minute I put in my wifi password, it crashes. I’ve done this several times to no avail. I’m so disappointed!

Can’t use my brand new feeder because the app keeps crashing!

The dispenser keeps not being able to connect to the wifi. I have contacted the support team if Wopets which was completely unprofessional and who provided me a really bad experience in addition of not solving the problem.

Feeder stopped feeding my dog and now the device will not connect to app. Every time I try app crashes. Waste of money. Get a better app developer. Boooooooooo

It wont dispense food. It gives me a spinning wheel. I cant even use the thing !
