The WordWeb dictionary database includes:

The intelligent word entry suggests possible correct spellings as you type, as well as listing words that sound the same or are often confused. In addition there's a fast pattern-matching word search feature, great for crosswords and other puzzles, or finding that word you've forgotten.
Search features include:

Снес Webster . Без интернета. Произношение изумительное, специально записанное. Хочешь Brit, US, Can., Australia. Выставляй и слушай. Размер шрифта регулируется в настройках. Вещь!!!!! PS. Товарищ погорячился и поставил три звезды за не русский АНГЛИЙСКИЙ ТОЛКОВЫЙ СЛОВАРЬ??????

I found this to be the best one. Precise pronunciations with audio. Even includes accents. A must have.
Best dictionary app!
This is the best dictionary app for multiple reasons; I will give you three- pronunciation guide without diacritics, simple interface without word of the day and other nonsense, audio pronunciation in US and UK English.

Good App.serves the Purpose
This is a good app, certainly needs an improvement but serves the purpose. Should include Thesauruses as well within the word search to make it a comprehensive solution.

Loudness
The audio could be a bit louder. Could hardly hear it even when the headphone's loudness is at 60%. I'm forced to turn it all the way upto 100%
