Properly worked only once. All other tries to run app were unsuccessful - on the first page written - “please wait” for ages

I can’t even create an account, whatever password I try to set up it’s not good enough, despite the fact it fully meets the criteria required

Unable to select country code for phone so I can’t even set the app up - awful UX

Gets stuck at loading screen frequently- I suspect it’s the way my company has integrated the password pass through. Really doubt it will work when no data or if it decides to re-authenticate. My advise is jot down some numbers and keep in a safe place or better still commit to memory. Update: reinstall and reauthenticate worked - I think this was due to an update. Same comments apply - if you updated when travelling but had no data connection.

Cant get past the first screen about contacting security.

Intrusive app. Constant requests for location data and pointless notifications. Interface is very dated and in need of a overhaul. Much information is incorrect or misplaced (warning about pro-brexit protests in UK when in Dublin).

Can't even login. The app is badly designed

My organization uses this app and I cannot even get past where you have to put in country code and phone number. How in the world can an app like this still be up or better yet, how is it possible that this obviously widespread issue has not be fixed?

My Company uses this all which seemed nice on the surface. Too bad I can’t even complete registration. Refuses to accept my phone number. Just nothing happen.. no error nothing. Tried dozens of times

Terrible password policy. Nothing works with Apple mobile. Apple Strong Passwords no acceptable. A continuous battle to use. The most user unfriendly App I’ve used in the last 10 years.
