CitiManager – Corporate Cards

This app is easy to navigate and use. Allows you to view PIN number which I keep forgetting, view and down load systems

Spent hours trying to reset passwords, on phone to CityManager support etc. but just could never get this App to work. No issues on their desktop website or mobile web with my credentials, but this App just won’t let me log in.

Doesn’t allow pasting password so you cannot use a password manager. Doesn’t accept passwords longer than 18 characters so the ones apple generates don’t work. Really annoying design.

One of the most useless apps I’ve ever come across if you ever need to change password etc. It says you need to use one of the designated special characters but when you do it just acts as if you haven’t used one. You then get stuck in a doom loop of trying to add password, user name etc. Now I will have to phone them and if this crap app is anything to go by expect their phone service to be a total nightmare too.

Signing in slow, unable to view transactions, unable to view statements, otp comes via sms and then does not work because it is too slow and you have to resort to physical card transactions in car park ticket machines. Not really a corporate experience…

Feels like an app from 2010. So slow and outdated, I’ve been locked out so many times, it’s down half the time, Face ID login is super buggy, and why do I have to have a username for a banking app?? Just use my email.

Could not use to activate card. App behave different to the paper that can with the card. Feedback in app did not work. The app layout is poor.

If I didn’t have to use this app for work it would get ditched The downtime experienced is far too regular ‘We are sorry for the temporary delay, please try again later’ is more common than it actually working

I can’t even get past step 1 to activate a new card. Press activate, are you in the US, no. Login. Here’s all the details of your old card with zero option to activate.

You could hire a graduate student to create a better user experience than this app provides. It allows for the most basic functionality that would have been acceptable 10 years ago, but by todays standards it’s absolutely lacking. Almost no effort put into the user experience, and such limited functionality that it’s only used when absolutely required.
