World Remit you are holding my money. Kids go back to school today and that money is needed for school fees! And also a medical emergency! A simple transfer has still not happened. Your help line plays games with people . The waiting time goes up instead of down. Are there even human beings on those phones or just an automated system putting callers on a merry go round? Super frustrating! People’s lives depend on your services. Keep your promises or release my money! Thanks!

Very bad service. You make a transfer, they freeze your funds and afterwards tell you that you need to verify your identity. This takes several weeks, while they hold your money. If you request a cancellation and refund its another 7 days. They hold on to your money to invest it, don't bother with the service and find something better.

There is absolutely no way to get in touch with this company to get any help. I’ve spent days on it, chatbots and promises of emails and confirmations and then no help. Telephone numbers with ring around messages like a parody of Russian Bureaucracy, meanwhile my friend abroad, seriously needs money to help him and his family. I’ve used this app for years and now it all seems to have gone to hell. Wanted to use an African company to send money to Africa.

I been using this service for years and it has always been stable and reliable, but the last year or so it's become more and more unstable with delays from there local partners to other things. I am sad to see the service that I have been using for years not being able to live up to their promise of money transferred in minute. I have been waiting for days and weeks more times then I find funning. I am starting to look at other services due to these issues that still happens.
