Uploadead all for authentification. It says it can take up to 48 hours. In waiting for 16 days... Wrote to them 3 times. No answer.

Esta App antes me resolvía la vida con enviar dinero a mi familia en República Dominicana pero ya no puedo más, solo recarga telefónica, el App está fallando o que pasa?

Worst worldwide money transfer app. On August 7, I transferred money to my friend, then I canceled the transfer, but it’s now October 21, and it’s still showing my refund is in process.

It was good for fee years and since 2024 it just doesnt work anymore. There are less banks accepted and the once they have dont accept the money and send it back so i‘ve lost a lot of money trying because they always send less back!!!

I have tried to do the verification process and uploaded my documents. They stated that it last between 5 min. To 48 hours. I didn’t open the app for 4 days and we i opened and thought the verification is completed, they asked me again to send documents and start the verification process & i did again. I waited again 4 days but opened the app everyday 3-5x to see if it is completed & after that i tried to chat on the app and ask for help, but the AI they have doesn’t understand me and always repeats, i should upload document and so. I called & one of their agents told me after 10 min. On the phone that i wrote my birthday wrong and he corrected which i doubt, he said after soon i will be able to use the app. Now after almost 10 days i tried to delete my account and i can‘t delete because they won’t allow and send me to help center and chat with AI whenever i try to delete my account. Never download and never use this app.

It’s been the second time within a year that they blocked my account with the comment „We are not legally able to tell you the exact reason“. The last time, I did go through the whole cumbersome procedure of calling them (which is the only contact possibility they provide), but now, I‘m just tired of it. There are plenty of other money transfer services with equally competitive rates. It has been a fairly good time apart from the other blocking, but now, our ways do part.
