Daily Prompt: Creative Writing

I like how the daily prompt app makes me write up random stories on the spot, forcing me to engage with topics and scenes I otherwise wouldn't have thought of. Great source of inspiration to get in a few min of writing each day!

Everyone that works on this app is so amazing. They listen to feedback and really want their users to be successful. The community they’ve cultivated on their Discord really reflects the work put in to this app. Cannot recommend enough 🩷

Getting this app was the best decision I've ever made. For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for creating things that other people can relate to and have fun reading. Never once did I expect to see myself where I am now. Daily Prompt has every resource you need to get yourself started on that perfect book you can't stop thinking about. Not only that, you'll be welcomed and supported by the most amazing community of people anyone could ever wish for.

I used to be an avid fanfiction author and still am in some ways but ever since starting Daily prompt have moved on from fanfictions and writing my own creations with my own characters and feel much more for filled and I love talking to the other authors on this sight everyone is so kind and friendly. I would recommend Daily prompt to all aspiring authors.

I swear, I spend more time on the Daily Prompt app than I do on Facebook. I haven’t missed a single day of writing since I’ve downloaded this app. It’s got a lot of awesome features on it that really allow you to aspire as a creative writer. It allows you to receive and give feedback, and there is no limit to how much you can post in one day. They even have live competitions where you can win actual money. All in all, it’s an amazing app. The only reason I didn’t rate it five stars is because there are a few minor tweaks I would suggest as far as technicality goes. But the overall layout is simple to use and it truly is a super productive app.

Even though there are a lot of functions that require a premium mode, the app is very usefull and helps me with writers block and other dilemmas.

This app is so, unbelievably helpful! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. If you are looking to improve your writing skills, this is it. It gives you daily prompts and you can even enter your writing into competitions! You get to like and comment on other people’s work, as they can with you. I, personally, just like to write things that I enjoy but that also cause others to feel the characters emotions on a greater level. Anways, FIVE STARS BABY. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend!!

I wanted to like this app. I really did. But there were so many things missing. I couldn’t conform the algorithm of prompt suggestions to my preferences (by deleting prompts I didn’t like or promoting ones I did). And there was nowhere to free write. You had to use or a prompt or you couldn’t write. I loved that it kept track of my writing streak, but I wasn’t able to do all my writing within the app so I just kept losing it, which was disheartening.
