Xfinity Stream

Doesn’t make sense to be on the home network to watch your streaming. If I am at home, why would I stream on the phone and not on my tv???

I am in Texas now visiting my family and I’m able to watch all my taped shows from Pa.!! Love Xfinity stream!

It is so frustrating to have to repeatedly have to sign into this app when I am at home, whether it is on my phone or my TV Especially when I have checked to stay signed in. It is even more annoying when you can’t get through to tech support because of your phone system. This is the worst service

When over the Air is better than Xfinity stream said, I wanted to more the free TV, truly sad truly Xfinity could be 1000 times better hey Xfinity remember I pay you for services all I get is that funky robot trying to dishelp. We need company who will provide better service no excellence service

I’m enjoying the things I’ve been able to do but as I’m unfamiliar with how and why this streaming works, I’m just happening up on things and not sure how I e gotten there. Anyway, I’m loving, so far, the parts I can do and parts I understand.

It is shameful, absolutely shameful, the distortion of the news available on Xfinity. Day after day, I would see that nine out of 10 postings of news were against conservatives and pro liberal. During the entire election season every day was against Trump. I’m an elderly person so I’m not used to such biased reporting. But this is way beyond bias, it is blatant corruption.

All of last year I wasn’t able to even log in. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps given to me and nothing worked. I just gave up. Then I moved and suddenly could log in, but now nothing actually plays. Live TV shows a message, “Something went wrong. Your guide isn’t loading right now. Please wait a few moments and try again later.” It’s been two weeks… how much “later” do I need to wait? Even later? Another year? Do I have to move to get what I’ve been paying for? So then I go to the home tab and see, “Free streaming true crime channels”. Ok cool. I don’t like that kind of show but I’ll see what’s there. Nothing. Blank screen. Xfinity, you need to hire better software engineers and QA engineers. They can solve all the leetcode whiteboard puzzles you want them to but it doesn’t mean they’re actually skilled at doing the job for which they’ve been hired.
