Horrible all
The app is so laggy and keeps disconnecting my lock from the app. I constantly have to reset the lock and keep losing all my codes and access. The website guide and FAQ does not help much either. I am extremely disappointed by this brand.
Time to update to iOS 18
Is time for Yale to create a sensible widget so that we can use it at the home page … without having to keep going back to the app

Buggy, too slow to detect and open
This is useless app. Takes so long to detect the lock using bluetooth. Using apple home is so much faster
Problem with firmware
Installed the apps everything working fine till prompt to update firmware and … have error and issue with the apps .. still troubleshooting with YALE.. already 2 weeks still unsolved ..
Firmware error
Keep asking me to update firmware again and again. Firmware update error!
Activity not showing
Downloaded and installed yesterday. Activity has not been showing since yesterday.
Always had connections problem
Any reason why the app cannot detect the gate? How can I get back the connections to the gate? I have removed the batteries once and how many times I need to do so?
