And I have no idea why. I use my license for 8 years all over the world including all western European countries and USA many times. I’ve even rent a motorcycle in Los Angeles. But not in YEGO. Conversation with support team didn’t help. Upsetting.

Потратила пол часа на регистрацию, оказывается потом нужно ждать 2 часа для подтверждения личности. Может сначала нужно показать, есть ли в моем районе скутер? Чтобы я не теряла зря время на регистрацию. Вопросы обо всем.. разве что девичью фамилию матери не спросили

Зарегистрировался, вначале отказали по русским правам, написал в тех поддержку и после одобрили, ест два шлема, можно кататься вдвоем. Катался в барселоне, правда стоимость приличная, если хотите много передвигаться, то лучше арендовать обычный

El servicio está bien y lo utilizo desde un año pero la mapa no funciona muy bien. Veo 3/4 ciclomotor y ninguno en la mapa cada vez que lo utilizo. Porque no creáis un QR para escanear en cambio de tener solo la opción de reservarlo a través de la app?

Unfortunately couldn’t get the scooter to start. Live chat was quick and helpful to reply to a question I sent so I might try again in future

Easy app to use we used this in Paris to travel around all the sites so much cheaper than taxis everywhere and quicker. (Only when using the pre paid plans found it quite expensive if not) Majority of the bikes we used were clean and looked after some we couldn’t use due to them being unclean such as bird mess all over the seats. The ease of use and the freedom really did improve our trip away. I hope to use them again when visiting another city.
