Год назад катался в Барселоне на скутерах YEGO и все было здорово. Сейчас приложение вылетает при входе из-за использования русской сим-карты 🤦 Успехов в развитии👎

Просят международные права, которых, увы не оказалось

And I have no idea why. I use my license for 8 years all over the world including all western European countries and USA many times. I’ve even rent a motorcycle in Los Angeles. But not in YEGO. Conversation with support team didn’t help. Upsetting.

Потратила пол часа на регистрацию, оказывается потом нужно ждать 2 часа для подтверждения личности. Может сначала нужно показать, есть ли в моем районе скутер? Чтобы я не теряла зря время на регистрацию. Вопросы обо всем.. разве что девичью фамилию матери не спросили

Зарегистрировался, вначале отказали по русским правам, написал в тех поддержку и после одобрили, ест два шлема, можно кататься вдвоем. Катался в барселоне, правда стоимость приличная, если хотите много передвигаться, то лучше арендовать обычный

Understandingly, I wasn’t able to use YEGOs services due a lack of international driving permit. Fair, I get it. Then I requested the deletion of my data from their system and this Marc gave me a bunch of gibberish why my data could not be deleted (passport information, Driver’s license, credit card information, and all the rest of my personal information. Under the current law in article 17 of the GPDR “ the right to be forgotten “. If I am not able to use YEGOs services then the company does not need my information. Period. I am just hopping that they indeed deleted and not sell my information.

Tried to verify my account for 3 days and kept getting different responses until they gave up and deleted my account while I’m waiting for an answer…

I’ve tried numerous times to upload photos of documents and have been told every excuse from “photos blurry” to “licence invalid”. Why make the registration process such a nightmare. Maybe it would help if humans were verifying documents as the computer constantly says no!

Your company is discriminatory and a joke. I can’t drive a scooter because I don’t have an International license, but yesterday I witnessed multiple people, having drank all day at Les Halles de Bacalan get on scooters and drive away. Rubbish. If I could give negative stars I would. Watch out for the turquoise scooters in Bordeaux so many people are intoxicated on them.
