Yelloh Delivery

Although we love Yelloh, the prices are high, and the “Homestyle Chicken Bake” seems to be out of stock too frequently.

There are question marks all over the app and website. I tried to place an order but my cc has expired. I’ve tried 3 times to add a new cc, but guess what, I cannot add a new card because nothing shows up for me to add a new one because all I see are little question marks all over the screen. How come there were no issues when it was called Schwans?

Ive sent pictures and emails and talked to customer service and all they keep telling me is to report it to the email they give me which i have and still get nothing. This company is nothing like SCHWANS horrible horrible horrible

What we have ordered has been very good & good quality. Our driver Bob is the best. Always look forward to seeing him & delivering our products. Learning about new items to try.

I really love a lot of the items that I order on the app. Don’t order that often but found out recently that as of July you won’t be delivering to the outskirts (countryside) of my town in OH. Very disappointing.

I love my lady that delivers my order. She always comes in the time I slot for and usually has everything I want. Very efficient with gathering my other and very nice and friendly. I am a very happy customer and love all the single order meals and the ice cream is very good. Except I miss the ice cream bars with the Carmel inside.

I’m punching out after almost fifteen years as a loyal customer. Loyalty is not something that you’re given, it’s something that is earned. I refuse to support a greedy upper management team.

This app has gone down the toilet and so has the company. The outrageous prices??? The unresponsiveness from the app??? Changed recipes??? No more delivery trucks in my area??? This was once a great company with great food. Sad to see what it has become

If you go buy ice cream at the grocery store, even Ben and Jerry’s first product listed is SKIM milk! So, production then uses dry milk solids and lots more sugar, much cheaper! My dairy farmer Dad would only request vanilla ice cream, I unknowingly do the same to avoid extra sugar. You couldn’t make ice cream a with skim milk, with home ice cream maker if you churned all day .. it is a high fat product to be creamy and have true “ yum” tadte! I have had only Schwan’s vanilla ice cream in my freezer for last decades and taught my children and friends and now grandchildren, what a high quality ice cream tastes like, by letting them have a dish,cone or malt upon visiting. It is far from the high sugar fast food shakes and the Dairy Queen blizzard, that is a blizzard of sugar!! A small amount of a high fat product is more satisfying, than a of large amount shake with lots of sugar. Our children are getting too much sugar and salt and don’t know what unprocessed food taste like. Last week headd report 2/3 of food kids are eating today are processed foods.

When they say 30% off on a sale and you go there it’s a scam. There’s no customer support on the phone. No live agents to talk to an in chat. Takes 15 minutes and then I hang up on you. Also, so many items are out of stock constantly. This company was much better when it was Schwan’s and I wonder if it’s dying?
