Yelp for Business App

They discounted 2 of my legitimate reviews through their software. One is one of our happiest clients ever and one was from a fellow professional that has hired us to work on half a dozen of their client’s projects. They said their system removed those legitimate reviews because they don’t know much about the reviewers or thought I asked them for the review when they simply asked where to write reviews and I sent them the link like any normal business! They honestly wonder why business owners like me don’t want to give them money.

Poor customer communication and they delete all my 5 star review which I took screenshots when they were wrote but allowed the 2 that were negative. But I got a lot of customers. Bulling has hidden fees too.

Great chicago transportation company , recommend it to anyone who wants great limo service in chicago land area.

Its a bit one sided. *for yelp When you get a customer interested in your business they also send out that customer’s info to others companies so you loose 1/2 the customer’s that searched you out!

Yelp for business is way different than yelp for consumers. The ads are too expensive, not flexible, nor easy to work with, edit, or cancel. And most importantly, no app should be in charge of what reviews are “allowed” to be posted. Yelp encourages to have “double digits” of reviews(aka 10+), which I naturally/organically received from real clients and only TWO were allowed/permitted to be posted by Yelps “rules.” Whatever that means. Yelp for business needs to HELP businesses, not bankrupt them.

I would definitely go with google instead. Yelp is such a scam with their ads. I was “given” a $300 credit and less than one month in I still had $200 left for ads and out of nowhere before the month ended I got charged $60 to my card. I canceled my subscription to the ads and I still got charged AGAIN. The ad marketing is mediocre to say the least.

Yelp me robo $450 están absurdo una aplicación que te cobra y pone todos los adds después de los 30 días gratis .. cerré mi cuenta por que ya no me interesaba y me cobraron esa cantidad .. ni siquiera tuve un cliente de esta aplicación estoy muy molesto por que no soy el único que le sucedió esto.. Yelp es una basura te roban … cómo van a cobrar tanto por una simple publicidad .. add que yo no siquiera active …

Yelp has and will always be a scam. They offer an illusion of control and lack of transparency to their users. Customers can’t post their true experiences because yelp filters them out. I wish I could delete my business off of yelp but they won’t even let me do that. Waste of time and money and a complete and utter farce. People should stop using it. It’s not credible
