En la opción de Menú saludable solo tienen 3 recetas. Los ejercicios no tienen sonido/música/voz, es imposible realizarlos sin estar todo el tiempo mirando. No hay ningún plan de entrenamiento de 4 semanas, solo varios vídeos agrupados. No lo descargues.
I like to change type if workout each day. It is fun and it keeps me consistent.
I was so excited to try this app and got even more motivated as I was going through the questions to get started. Then I got my heart broken when I got to the end of the setup only to discover that there is no free version. I didn’t even see an option to begin a free trial so I could at least try it out and see if it was something worth paying for later if/when I got more into it. Might cry myself to sleep and then look at other app options tomorrow. Very misleading. Ouch.
I use chair yoga almost everyday. I had a brain aneurysm rupture 16 years ago and my balance is off so using chair yoga works perfectly for me.
I was hoping to get a good workout but it is very easy with few repetitions on each pose. I feel that this would be perfect for a beginner or an individual with health issues. It was a waste of my money and not for anyone that is at the intermediate or advanced level.
The customer service is second to none!!!
This app may be ok for the exercising, I don’t know. I never actually was able to use it due to injury. However, the setting regarding billing, payment etc are a scam. I emailed them for a refund of the whopping $38.95 monthly charge! I finally got a response saying I could get no refund but they would give me a year free of the app. No thanks! I had already canceled my subscription with a screen shot in the refund email (which shows no time/date stamp- how convenient) and I just got another charge on my card. NO! This is a terrible company and this WILL get resolved WITH a refund. BEWARE before giving them your credit card info!
I knew as we age we need to stretch & stay centered. Did I do this daily - no rarely if ever. I found this app and it’s a game changer. My flexibility has greatly improved, calmness is present and I sleep better when practice before bedtime. Great app
Trying to find the right combination of exercises for a 62 yr old with a belly…some of the plans I’ve tied are too difficult, would love to see a slightly more tailored plan for us old guys. I’m still plugging along looking for the right combination.
I am enjoying it so far but I don’t see any results yet. When I enrolled, I followed the daily routines and exercises but I did not loose any weight at all. I am more relaxed after the daily routines. I will continue for another month and check results.
