I am a intermediate level Yoga follower. I have a regular weekly class, but find this app really helpful for top up sessions in between. Either to practice with my techniques or to focus on specific exercises for legs, breathing et cetera. Works really well casting to my TV, which is a great help.
Horrible the whole app is just advertisement for another app that cost money. It doesn’t really help you with anything just throws a few YouTube clips at you.
I needed a free, flexible yoga app that walked me through it, and this did just that. I’ve been doing ‘freestyle’ yoga by myself for a couple years now, for relaxation, but if I’m being honest, I didn’t actually know what I was doing. This platform has given me moves to do on my own and means to a routine to do on the app as well, and I would definitely recommend to the new and experienced :) Wonderful quality for a cost-free platform

It’s lovely! I’ve been going to a class during term time & now I wanted something to help me carry on over the summer. I’m very much a beginner & I’m finding the pace & explanations on this app fabulous for me! Plus, I can see that I have plenty of sections to work may way up through with lots of variety! Very happy so far!

Great app especially as its free I also like that they do a pose break down and stretches for different body parts as well as nice yoga flows for varying amounts of time.
I like to wind down after college or a stressful week or upsetting moments to compose myself. Before I discovered this app I was just full of emotions , stress and anxiety. Now I have found this app I’m really good at using it I did yoga in lockdown and it helped. I find it really useful and calming. I like how it has different things. I highly recommend
