It’s easy to send a gift, but redeeming the money and converting it into a Mall of Emirates gift card is a very complicated process. We have just spent 20 minutes at the kiosk trying to get the gift converted to a card. Classic example of an app in search of a problem.

I have 3 why i should take 3 cards and you will take 5dh for each not gooooood very baaaaad
