Unfortunately the app is misleading. It will generate a digital gift card but then force you to convert it to a physical gift card which requires a processing fee. Why does the end user have to pay this fee? What is the point of your digital business/app if I have to convert the digital gift card to a physical one? Very frustrating.

Uploaded 2 gift cards to the wallet and they are both not showing up in the apps wallet, apart from this, the app keeps telling me “something is wrong”, and there are no contact details from the help centre link. You can only upload gift cards from the app that is faulty so no joy there, I a nutshell I have gift cards that I can’t currently spend because the yougotagift application seems to be buggy and poorly written. Avoid downloading until these issues are fixed

Only two gift cards to chose from when I went on the app in attempt to order a gift card.

Only allowed to spend 100dhs because Whada mall didn’t have 50dhs vouchers!

Can only assume the good ratings are from paid sources - horrible to navigate, lousy to redeem, no available balance updates, missing credits that just won’t load - a total scam

This is difficult to navigate, understand and therefore, spend. The shops affiliated with it are also unaware how it works so cannot support. When sending gift vouchers to a friend, one worked and the rest arrived without PIN numbers so were unusable at the shops. Eventually online chat helped but it’s not worth the grief. Give a gift, give cash.

I love this App, great way to send valuable gift cards to your loved ones across boarders and let them choose the gift they like from the store. Brilliant! Fabulous and convenient
