Why there is not discount for returning users?
It says that I can get 40% off VIP access to all content for returning users, but when I’m going to pay there is not any discount in YOUKU application.

The worst app ever
It’s impossible to watch anything. The ads and comments take 40% of the screen. I’m ready to pay for the vip but after I understand what I’m paying for. Here it’s impossible to watch free episodes. Not going to pay for such awful quality
The movie that I was watching became VIP
I started to watch a movie. At first everything was okay. I got to episode 13 and it baca me VIP. And most of the movies are VIP now. Why???
Please fix
The sound just disappears during hotpot episodes.
French subtitles please?
This app is amazing, it deserves 5 ⭐️ but why are almost all languages translated (even automatic) but not French? Please fix that. You will see that many more French speakers will take VIP access!! And a little "Skip Intro" button would be the 🍒 on the cake ;)
Sous-titres à peine lisibles
Les sous-titres ne sont disponibles qu’en anglais soit, cependant leur taille est trop petite, ils sont illisibles si l’image est claire et on ne peut pas modifier ni leur couleur ni leur taille. La qualité de la traduction laisse aussi à désirer.

Je regarde avec sous-titres anglais, traductions excellentes. Il ne manque qu’une chose…. Un bouton ‘skip intro’… S’il vous plait développeurs??? How come you are asked to pay for some ending episodes, when you are already paying a subscription fee (VIP)? Are you really that much after money, really??P?
