YOUKU-"The Immortal Ascension"

It says that I can get 40% off VIP access to all content for returning users, but when I’m going to pay there is not any discount in YOUKU application.

It’s impossible to watch anything. The ads and comments take 40% of the screen. I’m ready to pay for the vip but after I understand what I’m paying for. Here it’s impossible to watch free episodes. Not going to pay for such awful quality

I started to watch a movie. At first everything was okay. I got to episode 13 and it baca me VIP. And most of the movies are VIP now. Why???

The sound just disappears during hotpot episodes.

Connection unstable, keeps on buffering. My Other streamingapps like iqiy Wetv etc have no issues like this. Those apps are much cheaper than Youku. Not able to send feedback also. Poor quality and quite expensive!!!

For a streaming platform, the app is disappointing. No option to skip intro and ending credits. No option to create a watchlist. Even after buying VIP, still showing ads to buy VIP. I think you can do better.

For a streaming service, YOUKU/developer falls short in every respect. For iMacs with neither M nor Intel processors, there is an app. Subscription options in the app are more limited than on Youku's website; in euros they are one and a half times more expensive than in dollars for no apparent reason. The procedure for in-app purchases is not transparent. You can log in via Apple in the iPhone/iPad app, but not on the website with any iMac. The app does not comply with European privacy laws. This does not invite subscription, although I was very interested in an annual subscription without automatic renewal as offered on the website. But then you need Ali Pay. This fumbling of Youku/developer lacks trust.

I dislike this app due to all those comments from viewers when watching the series. Irritating,childish and disturbing! Which idiot thought about this? Developer, do something about it if you want more subscribers!
