Love it
I use the app for a long while. I really helps me during tough times. At first I wasn’t satisfied with the new LLM-powered chat option but it got better. I can see that the team worked well and developed the feature well: response time shortened and it stopped being repetitive during one session. Now, having a chat with the bot which asks questions helps me even more, motivates and energies me.
Frustrating new update
I am a premium user of this for many years. It helps me to track my mood and deal with difficult feel it and situations. I really like the new feature of having a chat instead of of immediately going to exercises/meditations/etc. But it’s very inconvenient that during this chat I don’t have an option which would directly lead me to the exercise I want to do. I didn’t realised how important it is for me. Ending dialog and then going to the explore section to find what I want to do is annoying and takes to much time.
Great but.....
My favorite app which helps me a lot, but tell me please how to change colour from dark to light in it as it like before:(
Quite robotic
At first the idea looked great. I purchased subscription. But after few session I get more and more disappointed. The more I use Youper the more robotic it feels. The answers are pretty the same, so quite often if I have similar problems it appears as I go in rounds.
