The Your Texas Benefits app is for Texans who have applied for or get:
• SNAP food benefits
• TANF cash help
• Health care benefits (including Medicare Savings Program and Medicaid)
Manage and view your cases anytime you want – right from your phone.
Use the app to send us documents we need.
Get alerts, like when it’s time to renew your benefits.
Manage your Lone Star Card.
You also can report changes to your cases and find an office near you.
To get started, set up a Your Texas Benefits account (if you don’t already have one).
Here are features you can access once you set up your account:
View your cases:
• Check the status of your benefits.
• See your benefit amounts.
• Find out if it’s time to renew your benefits.
Manage account settings:
• Change your password.
• Sign up to go paperless and get notices and forms sent to you on the app.
Send us documents:
• Attach photos of the documents or forms we need from you and then send them to us.
Get alerts and view case history:
• Read messages about your cases.
• View documents you’ve attached and sent us through the website or app.
• View any changes you’ve reported.
Report changes about your:
• Phone numbers
• Home and mailing addresses
• People on your cases
• Housing costs
• Utility costs
• Job information
Manage your Lone Star Card:
• View your balance.
• Track your transaction history.
• Check your upcoming deposits.
• Change your PIN.
• Freeze or replace your stolen or lost card.
Find an office:
• Find HHSC benefit offices.
• Find community partner offices.

Wish u could get help this app never works for me when I log in it just shows blank white screen I never can see any info at all it’s been like that months and months tried redownloading but same result my iPhone says 17.5.1 version ?

I and I do believe that this app is a game changer for so many people who receive their benefits from TXHHSC in a way that makes it so easy to get answers to most if not all questions which avoid calling 211 that in itself is wasting their time and ours USERs’ FRIENDLY! Moreover I will hesitate to call folks in Austin, Tx and give them a thumbs up 👌 Sincerely. A. PARCHAMI 469-463-3088! I must acknowledge I was very confused and critical of the THHSC APP WHICH WAS SO TIME CONSUMING AND MOST OF THE TIME IF NOT ALL THE TIME RESULTED IN ACCOMPLISHING IN FRUSTRATIONS I LOVE THIS APP SO USER FRIENDLY CONSIDERING MOST OF FOLKS USING TXHHSC APP TO RENEW THEIR BIANNUAL BENEFITS FORM ARE NOT SKILLED AT USING COMPUTER SPECIALLY FOR SOMETHING AS IMPORTANT AS HEALTH & nutritions ARE CONSIDERED. My thanks first and foremost to TEXAS “AUTHORITY” FOR A WISE INVESTMENT TO BETTER LIVES OF SO MANY WHO HAVE WORKED HARD AND KNOWING THAT THEIR TAX MONIES ARE GOING TOWARDS A NOBLE CAUSE. LASTLY I TERRIBLY ENCOURAGE THE DECISION MAKERS AT TXHHSC AND ABOVE TO EXTEND MEDICAID AND SNAP BENEFITS FOR TWO YEARS INSTEAD OF EVERY SIX MONTHS WHICH WILL SAVE SOME MUCH MANPOWER / ENERGY WHICH WILL RESULT IN SAVING MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. Weekend issues
The app never seems to be working on the weekends it’s a bit of a convenience
always something wrong with the app
i’ve lost my card and i can’t even lock it bc it won’t let me log in so far i’ve only had very frustrating experiences with this app. all it’s telling me is that it MIGHT be updating and to try again later. it is not updating and i’ve been trying all day. when i try to go to app support via the app store, safari conveniently says the website has lost connection.
