Wish u could get help this app never works for me when I log in it just shows blank white screen I never can see any info at all it’s been like that months and months tried redownloading but same result my iPhone says 17.5.1 version ?

I and I do believe that this app is a game changer for so many people who receive their benefits from TXHHSC in a way that makes it so easy to get answers to most if not all questions which avoid calling 211 that in itself is wasting their time and ours USERs’ FRIENDLY! I must acknowledge I was very confused and critical of the THHSC APP WHICH WAS SO TIME CONSUMING AND MOST OF THE TIME IF NOT ALL THE TIME RESULTED IN ACCOMPLISHING IN FRUSTRATIONS I LOVE THIS APP SO USER FRIENDLY CONSIDERING MOST OF FOLKS USING TXHHSC APP TO RENEW THEIR BIANNUAL BENEFITS FORM ARE NOT SKILLED AT USING COMPUTER SPECIALLY FOR SOMETHING AS IMPORTANT AS HEALTH & nutritions ARE CONSIDERED. My thanks first and foremost to TEXAS “AUTHORITY” FOR A WISE INVESTMENT TO BETTER LIVES OF SO MANY WHO HAVE WORKED HARD AND KNOWING THAT THEIR TAX MONIES ARE GOING TOWARDS A NOBLE CAUSE. LASTLY I TERRIBLY ENCOURAGE THE DECISION MAKERS AT TXHHSC AND ABOVE TO EXTEND MEDICAID AND SNAP BENEFITS FOR TWO YEARS INSTEAD OF EVERY SIX MONTHS WHICH WILL SAVE SOME MUCH MANPOWER / ENERGY WHICH WILL RESULT IN SAVING MORE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN. The app never seems to be working on the weekends it’s a bit of a convenience

i’ve lost my card and i can’t even lock it bc it won’t let me log in so far i’ve only had very frustrating experiences with this app. all it’s telling me is that it MIGHT be updating and to try again later. it is not updating and i’ve been trying all day. when i try to go to app support via the app store, safari conveniently says the website has lost connection.
