Zenoti Mobile

I work at a large spa, this app has some good and some bad. I have both the Zenoti Mobile and MyZen apps. I think they could combine some of the features in both to make one really good app that could be widely used and appreciated from a technician standpoint. If they were to correct some of the “bad” from my list, this app would be pretty perfect. This app is definitely more ideal for Apple users. The good: - You can view your start and end time in list view, and services are in order. - You have the option for calendar view. - You can view the room you are scheduled in without opening the appointment. - Tips are easy access to view. - Notes and profile information is easy to navigate. - It looks very similar to how it shows up on a desktop. The bad: - You can’t view + add ons from the main list view, you have to open the appointment up. - It constantly disconnects from the centre event if you’re nearby. - If you close the app you almost always have to log in again and again. - It makes you change your password frequently, and says it can’t be the last 5 passwords, but in reality it can’t be any password you’ve used before ever. - Calendar view is always enlarged and you have to adjust the size every time. - Product sales numbers aren’t always accurate. - You can only view month to month, not pay period to pay period or specific ranges of dates for reports. - You can’t view specific products you sold to your clients unless you find the invoice or look into the guests profile. What I would like them to add to Zenoti Mobile from MyZen: - Able to view Guest Feedback from homepage and comments - Capability of changing the range of dates for reports - More accurate report numbers - Leaderboard to show where you stand amongst coworkers - PIN number to login instead of having to use a password each time

I’m a massage therapist, it’s a bad app. Many bad things. 1. your location setting on your phone, set to always allow location setting on. (You get a message saying that you’re out of the building location even when you’re in the building still)!!! 2. Does not allow in chat customer service representative for zenoti for any problems. 3. On a samsung device, you don’t have the timestamp option. 4. When you’re writing in the note section, and the not in the location building message pops up, you get interrupted. And have to wait until (you’re back) msg pops up again. Or when you’re viewing intake forms about a client, it won’t let you when (you’re out) msg pops up. 5. Some clients have to redo their intake forms every-time they come in and it’s not saved in the app sometimes. Very annoying even you know you’ve massaged them before. And they did their intake forms before. Good things about this app: 1. Ever since switching to an iPhone, you can press start and stop button when you’re about to massage your client, and press stop when you’ve finished with your client. Time stamp button. 2. You can write in notes.

worst app I’ve ever used. the worst part of my day. want to kill myself everytime I have to use it.

Really inconvenience to use

This app is always kick me out from the system. It’s so annoying that i need to put the password 2-3 times again and again then it will log me in. And when i check the app again, it’s sign me out again.

Spend your money elsewhere. Brutal customer service, awful at help, and the app/website has many issues. This isn’t even worthy of 1 star.

The app doesn’t even open properly, I crashes after one second

I’ve been trying to log in for the past 2 days as a new employee and it will not load whatsoever! This app is awful and if it wasn’t for work I would NOT use it!

The recent iPad update is completely trash. Things lag, the color isn’t as bright. It’s hard to see services. Its super difficult to try and edit or add or take things away. It worked great before i don’t know what you were thinking. Please go back to the old version.
