Latest update (May 2024) removed timer function, which is too drastic for those of us trying to use it to keep track of our wearing. Also, most of the functions are now moved to web-based instead of in-app (such as photo upload, smile simulation, keeping track of sets etc). Format of photo that it now takes is changed and looks warped as a result, and you’ll be unable to compare side by side with older photos. Please revert functionalities to in-app please, it’s a much smoother interface. And maybe make the timer an optional function?

I bought two pairs of these toothbrush for my partner and myself over 2 years, and since then 3/4 of them have broken down near the 1 year mark. A month or so back I tried to click on the “warranty” bit on the app but nothing happened. I eventually gave up and forgot about it. Now once again, the app works right after the warranty is over. Even their waterflosser’s screen stopped working a month ago, conveniently right after the warranty expired. I don’t trust them any more.

It’s 2024 and this app kept on crashing! Please fix this!

It’s switching between web pages and app layers between simple navigable things. Also when purchasing a product you are prompted to register with a QR code for warranty. If you do that the item registered does not appear on your corresponding logged in account. When you try to register it via the app, it says invalid serial. lol. Please fire your developers.

This is what comes back after trying to activate warranty and also in creating an account on both your site and the app. You need to work on this.

The application itself is so buggy and unresponsive at times. Also, they shove surveys and advertisement at your face when open the app. Customer service is so poor. You have to wait one working day for them to reply something that doesn’t answer your query. Customer service rep changes almost every other day and you have to repeat the process over again. The worst thing is when they forget to follow up and you have to keep prompting them.

Loving the app interface so far! But would definitely find it helpful to have the widget function so we can start and pause our aligners wear time more conveniently!

Lately the app has not been responsive. Can’t even check your braces journey because most of the times they pop up to ask you to refer your friend or rate. But now the pop up doesn’t pop up at the same time you can’t do anything to your journey too because it’s stuck

After updating my iPhone to iOS 16, the app doesn’t allow me to scroll down and check my zenyum journey. I can’t see how many days I’m at for my current aligner. Please help

Very disappointed with the drop in service standard.
