Poor Monitor App
Zenyum is reinforcing their strength and convenience at using mobile app to track our progress. But there’s obviously one serious loophole at their timer feature where they are taking forever to solve it. The Daily Wearing Time is inaccurate and user is not able to check the details of our wearing time each day. I can understand if the software developer doesn’t want too much flexibility for the user to amend, but I think it’s also logical to display the time data to user without giving us the right to amend. It’s a huge burden also to your customer support team when we have to find the respective customer support everytime just to check our wearing time. Please get this issue resolve and evaluate how you can help us, the Zenyum users. Also, stop using your monitor app as one of the selling points when it’s obviously failing to fulfil its role.

只能手動停止記錄時間，不能自己設定提醒頻率也不能計算牙套拆下來的時間，很不人性化，有時候牙套只有拔下來幾分鐘，按停止之後忘記再按回去，結果一小時後才提醒要計時，時間早就超出很多，每天配戴時間變成無參考價值。然後app常打不開，一直轉圈圈，計時常顯示錯誤。上次跳出可以填問券的畫面，因為在忙點選下次再填的選項，結果幾天後想填問卷直接變成已填寫？沒用過這麼爛的app，打不開又狂當機，能自行設定的東西又少，總之難用到爆。
