Best parking app on the market!

Terrible on-boarding experience takes forever when I’m already pressed for time. Couldn’t just paste my credit card number in, no Apple Pay support. Requires SO MANY screens and fields. Really regret not taking an extra minute to find a kiosk.

App only works when it wants to work. There will be some days where it works great, easy in and out and other days where you can’t get out and need to waste a lot of time dealing with the attendants. The attendants also have no control over ZipBy, so you’re left to figure out how to end your session on your own and leave the parkade.

App had errors and no operator pick up the phone and the app still counting the parking time. So bad experience with this app. Email also no reply.

…to describe how awful this app is. The WORST UX/UI experience I’ve ever had in ANY parking app. And I’ve used MANY. Being made to use this one at certain locations has now officially started me AVOIDING them completely.

I rented a vehicle and added that vehicle to the app. I returned the vehicle more than a week ago and somehow someone was able to put through a charge even though I no longer had the vehicle and I was not using the app.

Maybe works 50% of the time for my lot in Vancouver. I spend way too much time calling for help just to get out of the parkade.

With multiple reviews about this app NOT sending notifications, all developer can do is to copy and paste their lies that they sent notifications. USE THE TIME TO FIX THIS APP! This is not even legal as it did not do what it is supposed to do (send notifications!). As I mentioned in my previous review, I did all the ‘excuses’ smartly suggested by developer but NOTHING sent! Worst parking app ever!!!

Twice have tried using the app when parking and it didn’t work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app… still not working.
