Used this app on a recent trip to Atlantic City. The app did not open barriers as advertised and also, worryingly, accepted payment for overnight parking when the site would have been closed (on a Sunday). Complaint fell on deaf ears. Real risk here of your vehicle getting locked in so AVOID.

The app requires you to add a card right after registration and doesn’t allow you to do anything else without it. When paying for parking it allows you to use ApplePay, so why is the card required? Ok, let’s just remore the card after using it once. Nope, you can’t. Your card is forever ours.

Doesnt work, sign up and password recover is a nightmare

The fact you cannot input park until 6 pm with calculating minutes is just plain stupid.

The app is always crash for reason when I was paying, I tried so many times for minutes but still not working; due to this delay, I was finally ticketed by EasyPark; very annoying, worst parking app experience ever!

I wish I checked review before using this useless app. No notification at all and I got a ticket. What’s the point of asking if there is clearly a bug with the app? Tried to appeal with it but no luck. Worst parking app experience so far. Emailed them with irresponsible response ‘ We cannot void violations based on a notification not being sent’!!!!

I did not receive a parking notification even though I set one for 10 minutes before parking expiry and then got a ticket for it. Why so the default set to no notification anyway?

paid for parking in vancouver, did not receive confirmation of parking despite visa card being charged. contacted zip by in app chat, they advised me to obtain a ticket and seek a visa refund. life is too short for apps like this. i am down $23 as i paid for parking twice to avoid the risk of being towed.

The downtown parking lot used this app, I struggled for a while to download and start sign-up process - perhaps due to poor cell reception?? But even then our company expense cards are Amex, this app doesn’t accept Amex. For business use this is absolutely required.

Paid and got ticketed anyway. Appealed with photos evidence that they chose not to accept. They asked for proof of payment from my end so I sent it. They still say, sorry we don’t have it on our end you still have to pay the ticket. What a joke. Scammers.
