Zoom by Ocado | Food Delivery

On the iPhone 16 Pro - you end up fighting with the screen bar at the bottom in order to place an order - very frustrating! Please redesign the place order buttons so easier to use

Very fast and efficient service.

Got a text this evening for a voucher HONEY (min spend £30)… Of course the app failed to accept it at checkout. I’ve come to expect this sort of frustrating service from this app and can’t be bothered to use it anymore

Failed deliveries when I’m actually home, no communication, app offers no information, and almost every voucher they send me either doesn’t work or gives me less than the discount it’s supposed to, even though all the products I pick are supposedly eligible for discount. Oh and in case you haven’t noticed, they increase their prices by 10% in Zoom, compared to the Ocado app. Don’t believe me? Pick any item and compare it to the price in Ocado.

Having previously used other grocery delivery services this is my fave. Always on time with a superb range of products without the inflated prices. We’ll done Ocado you need to shout more about this

I love using Zoom on a regular basis. Plenty of stock, delivery times, just so very easy to use this App. Thank you.

Just spent 20 mins making my order and… just pops up ‘no slots’. Well that was a complete waste of my time wasn’t it? Also first time I used it half the items were not delivered as out of stock. Zero stars!

The service is unreliable - items are missing. If you ordered on a multi buy deal and the item is out of stock you lose the discount and get charged more which is annoying. There is no way to contact the delivery driver during the order, they can only contact you. So very often when they get lost they roam around for a long time before contacting for directions. Customer services never reply to messages through the app only respond if you send an email. The concept is good, but the execution is poor. Note the mark-up compared to Ocado prices for the same items. Coupled with the fact you can no longer order same day delivery on Ocado feels like they are attempting to squeeze more money out of you for a poorer service.
