Zoom by Ocado

I find Ocado Zoom incredibly helpful; there is an excellent range of products, the prices are fair and there are good offers. The delivery is convenient, fast and helpful. I am NO LONGER going to carry heavy bottles home from the shop Thank you 🌟

A good idea and beats most other fast delivery apps on delivery price. My only complaint is about the app itself. The GUI is a complete mess and needs some work. Apart from that, great.

Made order 1:32pm and was giving a time for delivery between 1:44 pm and 2:44pm paid extra for 60min speed delivery at 3:30pm order still had not arrived so I called customer service to be told the delivery’s are so fast they don’t have real time information so I asked for refund has I needed the items I have two young children and items were for dinner only done a online order-has I had Covid and was poorly so could not get out I was told a refund was not possible as they can’t call local depot to check on items and what was going on and would have to wait for delivery but could not give me a e.t.a Anyway the order never arrived but then received refund at 9:00pm absolutely shocking

This saga gets worse! Previously, 2 failed deliveries in 4 months, with no notifications or any communication even 2 hours after delivery was due. App was useless and just showed order at warehouse with no information. Just said late. Later they tried to tell me no one was available to receive the order. Except I was home. Then yesterday got a voucher for £10 off. Filled basket up to the required £40, selected delivery before 10pm and… NOPE! Voucher not accepted. Then today, new voucher for 10%. Filled ballet again, voucher accepted! Except it wasn’t for £10% — on a £42.67 checkout value (excluding delivery) the voucher gave me £3.47!! That isn’t 10%, that’s 8%!! False advertising now, as well?? Oh and in case you haven’t noticed, they increase their prices by 10% in Zoom, compared to the Ocado app. Don’t believe me? Pick any item and compare it to the price in Ocado.

The delivery is lost and contacted the customer service in all ways possible, got told there will be an investigation up to 72 hours before they do anything. [Update after 4 DAYS], absolutely useless customer service, claimed that no response from the investigation so unable to provide any fix to the issue.

excited to try this but can’t pay. the platform on the app and on website is too buggy. i just keep getting internal server errors or validating my payment - and then not placing the order

My second time using this company and I can only say that it’s incredible!!! The service is very efficient and fast, and the products are in very good quality!! very happy with your service. thank you

I’ve been using Ocado’s Zoom service for just over 2 years now and up until this year was always a fan because it was convenient, reliable and had great product offering, freshness of products and customer service if anything went wrong. However this year (2024), their service has been an absolute mess. 1 out of every 2 or 3 orders is delivered with items missing, or broken or both. Usually it’s fine because it’s something minor and customer service sort out a refund/redelivery quickly. However today over 80% of my order wasn’t delivered and having to contact customer service almost every single time I order from them to sort this just isn’t acceptable. It’s no longer the great reliable service it used to be—so I’ve deleted the app and won’t be using their service again.

A great app, please increase your grocery choices! Add fresh flowers and plants.
