10 Minute Spanish

I bought this. I wanted to see the free trial that was getting myself into and it said it would give a reminder a few days before the future ended but it did not and then it charged £69 for my card when I didn’t even select that package. be very careful when you’re buying I tried to contact Apple and they’re not refund my money. This is very disappointing and such a shame everyone please look out and read the terms and conditions and the policy.

I downloaded this app and started just one lesson and decided it was not what I wanted. I joined. A 7 day trial and the payment was taken off immediately and it stated if you cancelled your subscription before the 7 days the money would be refunded. Of €69 I requested this and have been told its decision is final. Although 10 min Spanish. Say I'm due a refund APPLE. Won't refund my money and I can't get in touch with them as the case is closed. Don't part with your money !!

I saw advertised the 7 day free trial and went through a short Q&A section,but instead of being free I found that I had been signed up for a one year subscription at a cost of £69.99 per year I’m very unhappy as I can’t find away out of this situation

It gets you so excited until you find out it costs money it said 7 day free trial but it’s a big fat lie 😡😡

Layout is fantastic! Early days but very impressed. Worth the subscription.

No notice for upcoming payment. Didn’t use, billed for a year…not great

I have always struggled with memorising words. This app allows me to practice new words from every angle (hearing, reading, writing) and practice it as many times as I want till I learn it. I can do it anywhere when I have a minute or two spare. Nice!

Absolutely brilliant. I thought I could never learn new language. Just learned my first 8 words so easily. I am very enjoying the app. Thank you

I hope you take the time read my letter instead of ignoring my letter to you. I really wish that ‘10 minute Spanish’ works. The concept is good. Unfortunately it does not work. 1)For example you arrive at; 2)Select Audio for this word - 3) next 3 choices - 4)select Babé, 5)Now 10 minute Spanish just stops and everything is jammed. I have tried every thing to make this work. Go to ‘help’ and this is what you get, and I don’t know this language but, it feels like you don’t want to help. This is your answer after selecting help. 10 минут в день — и английский твой! Уже за первые 3 месяца ты будешь уверенно говорить и понимать 75% речи. Above, this sort help does not work!
