Got me to 105 in one set
I was already okay at press-ups; I could do around 40 in a single, unbroken set. This app got me to 105 in a single set but - and this is the important thing - not unbroken. You have to take short rests in plank position (5sec or so) and then resume. By the end I could do around 60-70 in one go but the 105 was five sets of six, 5x5, 5x4, … 5x1 - all done with 5-7sec rests in plank position between bursts. Bloody hard work but it will get you there.
