This is a really exceptional app. You can listen to music while it prompts you. I’ve come back to it a few years in a row x
Excellent app that really works! Did the 10K challenge a few years ago and am doing it again. I could barely run 2km previously and I was stunned to achieve 10km! Recommended!
Always been my go to for managing mental health, when I get in a bad headspace and unlike other apps this one is free! Great app! Still hate running but this makes it much easier to keep on track! 5 stars!
Awesome app. I have been running 5 km for a while and at 50 decided to up the distance to 10 km. The workouts are really good to increase the distance without over doing myself
Highly recommend for someone just starting out. I surprised myself.
So I was 120 kg one year ago an started the zen challenge push ups sit ups squats an the 10K challenge an I never in my life thought I could do this I tryed an failed so many times but I have now just finished the 10K an about to do the other running apps they have I’m down to 80kg now an loving life thanks zen challenge love ya
The basics of this app are good, however there are some improvements needed. Firstly the lack of any automated sync of data between Apple Watch & iPhone is so stupid these days. Instead users are forced to run a clunky manual sync each time. What year are we in? Secondly, for anyone that wants to use any other fitness tracking app to export/record their activity will be disappointed. Not only does this app not export map/gps data, there are also issues with pace, distance details being shared to some apps.
This whole program used to be free. Now only the first week is? It’s a shame you’ve lost sight of the goal of helping people instead all about the cash.
The most recent update means the ad-version (free) is only available to week 2. Used to be available for the whole program with ads. I now can’t access my week 4 data without paying. Unacceptable with no warning.
