I enjoy using this app. It’s been an easy transition starting with their workouts. The only thing I would fix is every time I’m listening to music and either getting out of the app or my screen going black, it exits me out of Apple Music. Please fix this!

This app has so many great components all in one place. The work out feature is awesome. It gives different exercises and even shows videos of how to do it. Daily tracker has everything from food, water, exercise, thoughts/journaling. My favorite fitness app.

I love the delicious protein shakes. They satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you full. Especially the Tres Leches protein shake! So good!!!
