It was a good app, until I’ve wel into it, the app wouldn’t let me continue without paying for it.

Free regular push ups are not free

There are a lot of good free apps for push ups. This isn’t one of them. It’s constantly pushing you to purchase more work outs, and eventually stops you from progressing further without a $1.99 monthly or $9.99 yearly subscription. Also, I found the program too aggressive—meaning that when you put in your max reps, it gives you a program that requires more than you can do. The only reason I tried this one is because it advertised 200 push-ups, so I figured the free part maxed at 200 instead of 100. Going back to my old app. Bye.

Everything is what you make of it. My opinion, this app definitely has a achievable approach , for someone that ready to get back into the swing of things. It’s help me ( I don’t treat it like a dusty book though)

This app is SOO GOOD USE IT

It’s simple but effective for improving push up stamina. My only issue is that when the countdown begins in between sets, it paises the background music I have playing from other apps. I then have to go back to Amazon music or Apple Music, press play then go back to push up app. Would be great if the countdown chime could play over my music and not pause my music like I’ve seen in other boxing timer/push up apps.
