I usually use the bus but my bus was not running as it was a bank holiday so I booked a taxi 2 days in advance using this service and the taxi never showed! Was supposed to pick me up at 7:35am as I had work at 8, called the number at 7:40 and hey told me it should be there in 5-10mins. It still never showed, so I called a different taxi service and had a taxi pick me up in less than 5mins. Will never use this app again as it’s not reliable! I was 15mins late for work because of this late/no show taxi.
