Admittedly your fare is cheaper than Uber however having not used you in a while I thought I’d try again ordering my taxi via the app is said it would arrive around 1:45am. As a woman waiting alone I relied on this to be fairly accurate. My taxi arrived around 2:05am. I had called and the man was abrupt and lied telling me my taxi would be 10 mins when it hadn’t even been dispatched. Drive home was rapid, driver liked to drive fast which I’m not a fan of despite the roads being really quiet due to the time.

Driver tried to charge me cash although I paid via card via the app. The driver then parked out my outside my house for a few minutes. Really bad service which is getting worse!.

Was logged out and hadn’t been able to create an account so I can’t log in the app to use it.

Ever since Mastercard was switched in with my bank, the app no longer accepts payment via my card so its become a completely useless app if you only deal in card and no cash. Started using Uber instead.

Drivers are very picky. My whole family have been using this taxi service for 6 years and recently had been disappointed with their service. Some drivers make a fuss with my bags. It happened multiple times. Whole family gonna switch to another taxi service

I spend alot of money with this Company and just lately they’ve gone absolutely crap the taxis take an hour to dispatch even when you paid by card they never arrive on time and it doesn’t matter who you speak to your fobbed off with 10 minute 10 minutes I’ve waited over an hour this morning for a taxi but the app told me it would be with me within 15 minutes absolutely disgusting never using again sick of it no loyalty to loyal customers

Doesn’t give you an exact price, my last one said between £5.55 and £9.15 🤔

Today I downloaded this application for the first time, and I am surprised how simple and easy it is. The layout is user-friendly and very clear. I strongly recommend everyone to use this app to book their rides.

This company is a very good company. They have professional drivers and their customer service is very good.

Good tracking system and customer service. I am a person who just cannot memorize paths and always use guides. Thanks to your app and drivers, I just add the location, sit in the car, and enjoy the trip. Your drivers are so good and read the maps very well.
