## 247 Cars West Midlands Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Driver excellent wait time awful"
Appalling wait time added booking to app at 7.20am for 8:15. After ringing 6 times driver finally arrived at 8.57 when I had to be at destination for 9am. This made me terribly late not arriving until 9.18am. Find this appalling. I will say that the driver that did arrive was pleasant and professional and can say it was not his fault this job was not booked in with a driver early enough by base and a number of drivers were rejecting bookings.
-- pipzo, 2024-11-06

### ***** "Best guy"
Best guy
-- bsst guy, 2024-10-09

### ***-- "Difficulty in booking"
Never had any issues booking a taxi. Recently can’t book. Keeps telling me to pre book a taxi all the time. And I need to pre book a taxi for 2 weeks time and after I’ve put the date and time in either says no taxis or to pre book again. Just not working at all.
-- Brookes 19772006, 2024-08-13

### **--- "App isn’t accurate/unreliable"
Admittedly your fare is cheaper than Uber however having not used you in a while I thought I’d try again ordering my taxi via the app is said it would arrive around 1:45am. As a woman waiting alone I relied on this to be fairly accurate. My taxi arrived around 2:05am. I had called and the man was abrupt and lied telling me my taxi would be 10 mins when it hadn’t even been dispatched. Drive home was rapid, driver liked to drive fast which I’m not a fan of despite the roads being really quiet due to the time.
-- Peaches7t8, 2024-03-27

### *---- "Deceptive Driver"
Driver tried to charge me cash although I paid via card via the app. The driver then parked out my outside my house for a few minutes. Really bad service which is getting worse!.
-- Not a thief!, 2024-03-06

### *---- "Login me out for no reason"
Was logged out and hadn’t been able to create an account so I can’t log in the app to use it.
-- Trwwrrerr, 2022-08-31

### *---- "Refuses Mastercard"
Ever since Mastercard was switched in with my bank, the app no longer accepts payment via my card so its become a completely useless app if you only deal in card and no cash.
Started using Uber instead.
-- raeox_, 2022-08-23

### *---- "Drivers are very picky."
Drivers are very picky. My whole family have been using this taxi service for 6 years and recently had been disappointed with their service. Some drivers make a fuss with my bags. It happened multiple times.

Whole family gonna switch to another taxi service
-- annnnenony, 2022-03-19

### *---- "Useless"
I spend alot of money with this Company and just lately they’ve gone absolutely crap the taxis take an hour to dispatch even when you paid by card they never arrive on time and it doesn’t matter who you speak to your fobbed off with 10 minute 10 minutes I’ve waited over an hour this morning for a taxi but the app told me it would be with me within 15 minutes absolutely disgusting never using again sick of it no loyalty to loyal customers
-- jayjay2502, 2022-03-10

### *---- "Don’t bother"
Doesn’t give you an exact price, my last one said between £5.55 and £9.15 🤔
