I’ve never seen any other app with really effective self help tools to manage your psyche. The UX is great and it feels like you are interacting with someone, albeit virtual. Great job!

I started wondering what the app can do for me and I found out she can do a lot. The app makes me think, reevaluate, consider and overall take me and love me as I am.

I am so thankful for the existence of this app. The check-in and exercises provide me a sense of connection and care when things are stressful and overwhelming. AMAZINGG!! i’ve been wanting to work on myself & learn more about myself and it’s working great. I cant wait to see where these lessons will take me in future reference. They give you a quick tour and then let you get started with little steps, they definitely will go a long way. I LOVE how they include exercises and tips that you can take on your healing journey with you.
