I love that how this apps is 100% free and user friendly! My fav part is when we can change to the other exercises they suggested if we can’t do the one on the list 👍🏻 (e.g. changing from push up to plank option)

A very easy and useful apps during this pandemic

I really, really like this app. The instructions are easy to understand and the tips given are super handy. However, the apps can be improved if it allows its users to compute our own calories burnt throughout the day when doing other activities that are not in the apps such as cycling. I really want it to record so that i can track my progress along with the workouts that ive done with this apps.

New bug

There’s a new bug in the app, I can’t seem to get a specific body part exercise, it’s like all the exercises are the same. For example, I did leg and then I want to do abs but the exercises for leg and abs are the same, therefore it’s hard for me to get abs exercises in the abs workout. Please fix this ASAP 🙏 and thank you.
