I have paid the pro app version and subscribed for the smart call record service and when I try to use the smart call record bot as it is indicated, after an incoming/outcoming call try, there is no record saved

The app is fine but I have problems sending my track recorded with my Apple Watch to the I phone. I wrote to them 2 times and I have no response. I have the pro version and is it not worth if where is any costumer service... I don’t recommend to buy the app.

Avis aux développeurs : une fonction essentielle me manque alors que je ne pense pas que ça soit techniquement difficile à programmer : SERAIT-IL POSSIBLE DE POUVOIR EXPORTER UN FICHIER AUDIO DÉBARRASSÉ DE SES SILENCES ?? D’autre part des bugs surviennent lorsque l’on passe les silences automatiquement (la lecture s’arrête et fait parfois une répétition indéfiniment de la dernière seconde). Je suis désolé de ne mettre qu’une étoile mais j’avais vraiment besoin que vous preniez en compte mon message car votre appli pourrait m’être très utile dans mon travail et si vous apportiez les correctifs dont j’ai besoin, elle serait vraiment incontournable selon moi. Technically the best voice recording app I tried. I like: - the sober GUI. No big red button - the recording annotation system very clever and simple. - the Dropbox export.

I realized after using this app once that it would not work for my needs. I tried to cancel, but the company has been totally non-responsive. Very unimpressed.

The app is nice. + The efficiency of the transcription is quite good, better than most services and the editing layout as well is actually better than the majority. - That said the pricing is not competitive, otter.ai for instance offers 1200 min for 8.99. The closest correlate here is 24.99 for 5 hours.And yet the phone calls are unlimited. I bought the pro upgrade thinking that it would let me use the machine in an unlimited way where its actually just a few organization and quality of life boost. I didnt read the fine print but the description and expectation of a pro version of the app is assumed to include some part of what the app is for.

I recommend this app for anybody that was looking for a office assistant inside your phone!

I opened it for the first time this morning and did some testing and it is one app that meets my needs. I live in a retirement village and am part of a poetry corner with 5 members so far, with more wanting to join. We started to write poems with each member writing a stanza. But we want to record each stanza by the person that wrote it. I tested the app with breaks by pausing and there was a perfect continuation of the next recording as though it was not stopped or paused. We are recording because of the difficult time people have leaving their home, neighborhoods, getting rid of things etc moving into a retirement village. This is a grief they are going through. We hope we can help release some grief through our recordings and even interest others to join because people writing poetry can find it can help with grief and be healing with change. I also will use it to practice my Homilies/sermons because I always have to stop and write down the changes. I know I am rambling. But other apps want you to sign up and pay by the month or year etc. Or they just don’t work well. I think that is a deterrent to have others use the app. For me in time I am sure this app will not be free. I will delete the app if the monthly or annual fee is charged. I do not mind an up front SMALL charge to use the app but note small in caps. Any problems I have based on what is here now is to be expected but the quality is here now so it may be minor updates to improve the product. Please keep up the good work. Deacon Dan
