If you try to share with someone it fails every time

The app is great with my 360° lightbulb cameras and easy to navigate. Sometimes takes a while to load the cameras, But please stop asking me when ever I open the app if I want to use “ Would you like to use cellular data to play the video?” Of course I want too .. it’s annoying to have to click the accept button all the time. Even more time wasted.

I have used this company more than 4 years in my shops and house app and the cameras work perfectly but shame I can’t find on the market anymore any cameras! If anyone knows any link I will definitely buy 20+

Was working fine till recently- now days can no longer connect to the server so completely useless?!

Been using it since 2020 first one kept moving on it own my little one was cared now the second one I got in 2020 been working fine till Friday just gone it keeps telling me the camera is connected to a different server and won’t let me long back in absolutely a waste of money just to keep a child safe and it doesn’t work

Why would you pay for online with no ability to pause, play at 2x speed, export file (God forbid you need a copy for police) what a tragedy! Utterly useless. Wish I hadn't bought the camera now waht a waste of money!

I will point the camera to my car by the time I wake up the camera is facing the floor not recorded anything just the floor. I don't have this on auto tracking so shouldn't move but it does I don't see the point of a CCTV camera if it isn't facing the direction I left it Can not contact anyone so thought I would leave a review and see if the company contact me .

Playback in night mode for some reason is played back at twice normal speed so it makes it impossible to make anything out. This in turn makes the cameras pointless, if you can’t properly record and gather playback when the cameras turn to night mode, what is the point in having cameras? Awful app.

This is a rubbish camera it’s not work properly when make records have a mini gaps without seeing the connection is poor connection. Don’t buy this sheet

I initially had some problems with setting up the camera through the APP and left a terrible review. After a while I thought I should give it another go and I watched some YouTube video tutorials, then I realised that I missed an important step which resulted in my previous failures. Now it works really well. So far so good.
