Since yesterday the app shows on startup full screen adverts. Since you cannot use the cameras without the app, you are forced to watch the advert if you want to keep your place secure and surveilled. This is not acceptable for a paid hardware, where the app is part of the package. I will switch to a competitor.

It just keeps saying my camera is offline. I cannot access recordings. I have paid for a year’s subscription. I have emailed for support multiple times with no response. I have tried on multiple days to reset the camera, to remove it and put it back, to delete app and reinstall. Still won’t connect. It only worked for a short time until it started saying offline. When I first got it, it worked great. Now nothing! No one will respond to my emails and I cannot find a customer service number.

If you’re looking for security cameras to send you alerts and pull up quickly to check your house DO NOT get this brand. The app won’t let me sign in half the time due to “timing out” it is INSANELY SLOW not to mention once you click on one of your cameras to view it takes the picture a good 3 minutes to pull up from a black screen. Seriously it’s really bad. Zosismart is better

Picture very clear and colorful, i’ve bought 3 yrs, but recently my camera connected to other server. And i can not log in cause messages is:” camera connected to other server, plz log in again to change the same server “ i’ve tried log in but 2 hours still loading.

This app tries pasting from my notes app whenever I copy something in my notes app and then go into this app. It’s obviously meant to steanpasswords and other important information. This is a scam and some sort of fraud or something.

Camera worked and then it just stopped. Resetting it isn’t even working. Why does my camera have a built in Wi-Fi? Unable to connect because the password cannot be changed. These replaced the ones that actually worked. Seems unsecured.

When I first got the camera it synced just fine. But now months in I can’t even connect anymore. It just stays on the loading screen. I NEED HELP!

Paid for 1 year cloud service. Cloud stopped working after a few months. No support or response from company.
