Good as a surveillance camera but lately has been getting weird repetitive ads when I open the app, always a picture of women with similar backdrops. Not sure if I’m comfortable opening the app to check on my cats anymore especially with the ads seeming sketchy
After 2 year use, now fail to view the camera now. Asking to re-login. Try every method but still fail. Now only become decoration. Will throw amd buy another BETTER Brand than this seeseetv worse brand. Please read the review before you buy.

After set up, try a few times to open the app but it keep on shut down itself without even reach the dashboard. How am I suppose to see if the app can’t even function? Please help fix it!
I had some problem viewing the cameras a few days ago. The system suggested that I re-login but I was unable to do so as I couldn’t retrieve my forgotten password! Now the cameras are just “decorations”. Thank you for solving my problem so fast!!

Hye, juz wanna suggest something that, instead of using app to view the CCTV... perhaps may come up with the web link access... so that user may log in & monitor the CCTV via their PC too. More convenience if the mobile phone is unavailable during that time. ThanQ.
The app does not notify on motion detection when the phone is on idle mode or the app is not in view. It only notifies when you are using the app. Even with the notification setting all switched on at the phone level & the app is logged in, there is no notification unless you activate / open the app. This totally goes against timely notification of motion detection. Don’t use this app or buy cameras that can only use this app. I hope the app developer reads this & improve the app for email notification with pic included for motion detection notification as well as notification on the phone even when the phone is idle / the app is not activated. Please see YYP2P app for the better motion detection options that i mentioned above. Thanks.
