Video is good but the camera doesn’t stay connected. After several minutes of monitoring the video freezes and then it flashes connecting and reverts to the devices page. You then have to tap the device you want to view to get connected again. Installed a tf card and it recognizes it but will not allow me to record although it does allow configuring the recording schedule. In my opinion it’s not worth the money.
Consistently went offline even with strong stable wifi connection. The last few power outages have rendered it completely useless. Takes an average of 40-45 minutes of fighting with it to get back online, and after the last outage it will not connect whatsoever.
I had six of these camera’s on three different segregated networks. After the last update 6 days ago, they’ve bricked them all to add their splash advertisement to their app. I’ve updated IOS, updated the app, tried reinstalling cameras. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE CAMERAS!!!
First off love your product. Unfortunately my house burned down. I was able to see all my saved videos and now I can’t. How can I get help from you.
When logged in it keeps asking change region and relogin and doesn’t work. It was previously working fine and since a year the app crashed and not working at all. Will never trust this application with all cameras thst work on it
Every Time the power is out we do have to configure again from the start and it take many try to be connect again. It does not start ny itself whhen the power goes out from a electrik fall

Everything stopped months ago. No support at all
stop all of a sudden
All was working well then it stopped. Stated it was not connected to Wifi but it was. Garbage camera. No support at all!!
