5K Training Plan Reviews

Crashed on first use and targets were high

I have used couch to 5k apps before, this one has a very high interval of running for the first week, and doesn’t really explain things in a way I would like as a beginner. I tried to navigate away from the first week to look at the following weeks and the back button wouldn’t work, I had to close down the app and go back into it again. Deleted it straight away.
