7-Eleven: Rewards & Shopping

It’s more than 100 degrees in Texas. I’ve just worked a full day and have two young kids in the car. I’m trying to fill up my tank using the locked fuel price. Original pump i picked said in use after Apple Pay transaction went through. I was at that pump so i know that it wasn’t in use. Drove to another pump and the same thing happened. Drove to the next pump and it said i reached my transaction limit for the day. I had to use my credit card without the discount because it wouldn’t take my rewards #. I only pumped $10 worth of gas because I will go somewhere else to get gas now.

App does not work. Will not generate code so you can sign in. I give it zero stars but you can get 1 since that’s the lowest

You never realize how many times you go to a gas station until you have the app.

I wish the rewards points could be converted to money off gas versus only in store. Overall it’s convenient, saves time, and money.

I like the price

Every attempt to sign-in or register gives an error “Unable to generate code”. Cannot use as guest, receive error “content didn’t load” I have used 3 different phone numbers in an attempt to register, deleted and reinstalled app numerous times, and confirmed my device is on latest iOS. Can’t use support in app since I can’t register. If you feel like wasting your time install this app and watch it never work properly

This app started off great but I have not been able to use any benefits for past month or upload any cash to the wallet. It only works at two locations in my city and we have hundreds of locations. Whats the point of the app and rewards if we can’t use it. I have reached out to customer service and still nothing. Why offer rewards and saving of it can’t be used.

This 21st Century company needs to rehire a team of app designers to correct the multiplitude of errors with their app. The present team has no lock on a successful marketing app, their performance has been third-world in comparison

I have used 711 App for 2 yrs w no problems. Now gas part of app keeps saying ‘internet connection’ - not possible. Phone working fine. Also - the rest of App is working. I’ve reinstalled the App 5 times ! ! What gives ? ?
